POE-ETIC - August Smeared & Smudged Member Blog Hop


It's that time again! Time for the Smeared and Smudged member blog hop. The theme is POE-ETIC! Since we're celebrating the great Edgar Allan Poe this month, we thought it would be awesome for our members to create something using one of his poems! This hop is going to be awesome!

 Here is my offering. I made a necklace using the poem Annabel Lee by Edgar Allan Poe. Part of the poem is written on vellum and rolled up into a scroll that I hung from the main charm elements The heart is a locket with EAPs face in it....I'm not so great at making jewelry...in fact, I think this is the first thing I've done that I thought was somewhat presentable. LOL....So, here you go! Hope you like it!

    POE-ETIC...I LOVE it!! I have always loved Edgar Allen Poe and I think it's awesome that you have done such a inspiration piece about one of his stories. Really liking the scroll!!
